Surinaamse verkiezingen

Suriname Stemt
, is organized by critical Surinamese who don't want to withdraw their hands out of politics. And we want to encourage everyone not to also, in order to contribute to the well being of Suriname and the Surinamese. We try to influence  the political tide  to change, There are thoughtful and mature Surinamese needed. Surinamese who no longer will be held back by the politics of most parties, based on ethnicity and other forms of the old divide and rule policies. Surinamese who no longer take it,that  their leaders only share the power among themselves, without worrying about what the people want and need, forgetting that the people voted for them with the mission to govern the country well.

However, there may be many errors but we can not ignore what has gone well, and that is certainly the case with our economy. Suriname is one of the few countries where the impact of global recession is hardly felt. On the contrary, our economy still has a growth of over 5%.

Granted, it is partly a result of our vast mineral resources, but also of the stringent monetary policy in recent years. That is why we at this site will raise various issues, sometimes good, sometimes bad, sometimes very bad. Our scales often turn on to bad, because what's bad is directly or indirectly a result of failed policy. Ultimately it all has to do with politics. . But a warning is in place , because change is bringing a process, a change of the total community. Think of things like sexual abuse of children, incest, irresponsible driving in traffic: just some hot topics to be addressed .

"We therefore encourage to read, to think, to talk and write. Not only your comments in our own journalists delivered items, but also your own critical and civilized (please) contributions are welcome.
